Beef bulgogi


  Beef bulgogi is a popular Korean dish known for its sweet and savory flavors. It consists of thin, marinated slices of meat, most commonly beef, grilled on a barbecue or stove-top griddle. When cooked at home, bulgogi is also often stir-fried in a pan or wok. Sirloin and rib eye are frequently used cuts of beef for the dish. Bulgogi is very popular in South Korea, where it can be found in upscale restaurants and local supermarkets as pan-ready kits.

Asam Laksa


  “Asam” means sour in Malay, and as you may have guessed by now – the broth for this Laksa is slightly sour from the use of Tamarind and savoury from flaked Mackerel.This recipe is my version of this classic dish.
